As the owner and broker of XCEL Commercial Realty, Tracy is known for her strategic mindset, deep market expertise, and exceptional attention to detail.

Her career includes key roles with leading national firms, such as SVN International, where she specialized in industrial properties, and Sperry Commercial, where she focused on retail. Tracy is a licensed commercial real estate agent in Texas and holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. She is also an associate member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), a global standard of excellence in the industry.
