Tracy Li, CCIM is a proven, detailed-oriented real estate advisor disciplined in driving the investment, lease and development of industrial, office, and retail properties throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. An active and licensed Texas realtor for nearly a decade, Tracy held prior positions at both SVN International Commercial as an industrial specialist, and Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates as a retail specialist.
In addition to being a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Tracy has several years of working experience in corporate accounting with JP Morgan Chase and others and is a qualified candidate for the Certified Public Accounting (CPA).
She is a recognized leader in the real estate industry, serving as 2023-2024 International Chair of North Texas CCIM Chapter, 2024 Commercial Chair of AREAA National, 2021-2022 President of AREAA Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter, and Senior Vice President of US Chinese Chamber of Commerce Dallas-Fort Worth.
Tracy graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, earning a BS with Honors in Accounting.
Beverly Zhang is a well-organized and meticulous facilitator with many years of corporate management experience. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas, earning an MS with Honors in Accounting.
